The instructions on how to dry it more quickly and what to do if a spot appears was nice. It was nice not to come home to a wet carpet and a bill with nothing else. The smell was a bit strong when I came home. I don't know if you use a deodorizer or not. It may not be able to be helped though so I understand.

We have dealt with several carpet cleaning companies in the past and asked to be put on the maintenance program, no one ever called back after the initial cleaning. Your people call every 6 months and it is one less thing I need to worry about because you guys have it handled.

One time, Rod had to rescue me because a half gallon of paint was accidentally knocked over in my living room so he talked me through what to do immediately and then as soon as he possibly could, he came over and he got every last drop of paint out of my carpet.
