We had a stain in the living room that did not come out with cleaning and the gentleman treated it with some type of product, said to cover it up with plastic and let it dry and he had also said "it should come out". I was a little skeptical but sure enough in 24 hours the stain was gone! Your cleaning is thorough and lasts quite longer than other cleaners I have tried. I also like the fact that the cleaning solution is safe for the kids.

Syrie Albright	Redding	Prompt, friendly and you do a wonderful job. Also, I have had to cancel a few times and you were very understanding and accommodating. I had several large spots on my carpet that someone had tried to scrub them out with a LOT of soap. I really thought the carpet was ruined! When you came out and worked on it. . . one can hardly tell- you salvaged my new carpet. Although I can make an effort to move as much furniture out of the rooms, you always make sure that my carpets are cleaned under any furniture left in the room. I also really like the fact that my carpets are always not soaked when you leave. It doesn't take days for them to dry.
